'Bigstream' will stream audio & video to Apple devices

Bigstream, a portable wireless accessory that liberates content from the small screen on iDevices will debut at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January 2011.

Recently awarded LAPTOP Magazine’s “Best of CTIA Fall 2010,” Bigstream enables users to stream audio and video content from an Apple iPad™, iPhone® or iPod® to a TV. Bigstream is quick and easy to set-up and small enough to bring with you wherever you go. Users can view movies, home videos, photo slideshows, business presentations and more on a big screen, enhancing the user experience and allowing content to be shared.

Now you can take pictures and video stored on your Apple device and wirelessly stream them in real time on your TV to share with family and friends,” said Joe Cufari, chief marketing officer of PCD. “Bigstream allows everyone in the room to enjoy content without the need to huddle around the host device. ”
Bigstream supports numerous applications both native to the Apple device and from 3rd parties provided the app is coded for TV out. Current supported apps include: Netflix®, Keynote, Chopper 2, Direct TV NFL Sunday Ticket™ To-Go. Keep your eye on the BigStream web site for more details and to see which additional apps provide support:
